Inappropriate?when i add an item to a list, it's not clear to me where the site is searching ... what database? so for example, if i want to add a cafe i like how the site searches and finds the relevant cafe. however, if the cafe is not in your database, it doesn't give me the opportunity to add the necessary metadata to accurately describe the cafe (e.g. city or zip).
the location example is the one that immediately comes to mind but it has happened with other types of items, too. Not sure what the solution is ... i know you guys don't want to make it difficult to add items to a list, but I get a little frustrated when i can't adequately describe my item.

Inappropriate?Firefox extension buttons (similar to delicious, socialbrowse, laterloop), to add "wanna do it" or "diddit" from 3rd party sites. e.g. travel sites or activity sites etc.

Inappropriate?Hey srikanth, that's a cool idea. We've got a lot of new features we're working on to make Diddit more connected to the rest of the web (ie: Facebook Connect). I'll make sure the team considers this for a future release.

Inappropriate?I know you can flag activities to be checked out, but I didn't see a way to flag lists. How do I let you guys know that http://www.diddit.com/list-llljgw/hai... and http://www.diddit.com/list-lqrkdd/col... are pretty much the same list?

Inappropriate?@ddb the best way to flag duplicate lists is pick one list to "flag" and in the comment box add the URL for the other list that it duplicates. At this time, however, we are unfortunately unable to merge duplicate lists. Early on in Diddit I tried to remove all duplicate lists created in the short period of time that we did not monitor list creation. However, a few were missed. If you flag any you notice I will make sure to keep a list of them and merge them if this becomes possible.
